Hilton Alexandria King's Ranch Hotel

The room I slept in is not the room I requested, but another smoking room, and the bed in that room was broken, so I called the office and told them that the bed was broken, they sent the staff to fix the bed. expecting to be changed in my room. but my application was not evaluated.

I’ve been staying at Helton King Ranch King Mariout regularly, and it has never let me down. Every visit is a great experience. The hotel is always spotless, the premises are well-kept, and everything feels welcoming and comfortable. The service is outstanding—the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and carry themselves with a professional attitude that really stands out. The quality of everything from the rooms to the food is consistently excellent, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. They also offer great amenities like a gym, spa, heated pool, and a nice café where you can relax. Whether it’s for a short stay or a longer one, this place has become my go-to—and for good reason. But what truly elevated this experience was the exceptional service, particularly the act of kindness from Mr. Wael, the manager. The breakfast was a true gastronomic feast. An abundance of fresh and delicious options catered to any taste, and the service was attentive and efficient. Every detail was perfectly organized, making for a stress-free and enjoyable start to each day. However, the highlight of my stay came when I absentmindedly dropped my wallet in the lobby. Imagine my panic when I realized it was gone! But thanks to Mr. Wael's honesty and diligence, my fears were quickly quelled. He not only found my wallet but also took the initiative to track me down and personally return it to me. Such exceptional care and professionalism went above and beyond the call of duty and truly exemplified the spirit of hospitality. This experience solidified my positive impression of the Hilton Hotel. It's not just about the comfortable rooms and delicious food; it's about the people who make the difference. Mr. Wael's act of kindness turned a pleasant stay into a memorable one, showcasing the true value of excellent customer service. All the staff were great and Ms. Rowan as well (Relation Manager) was always around the lobby making sure that all is going fine. The room itself was nothing short of perfection, with its tasteful décor, and spacious layout. The staff were so friendly, especially the staff at the Business Lounge. Special thanks to Ms. Gehad El Sayed for her heartwarming smile, attentiveness, and hospitality. I would also like to thank Ms. Howaida at the Business Lounge. The hotel's amenities were a dream come true with the stunning outdoor pool. The dining options at Hilton King's Ranch were simply divine, with a variety of options catered to different tastes. The pastries, waffles, and desserts were mouthwatering. Overall, my stay at Hilton King's Ranch was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return for another slice of this heavenly haven.
